About
Our beef comes from animals that are raised within a 10km radius. Vegetables come directly from the region; we cook strictly seasonally, compost, use our own herbs and have a 700m² greenhouse to grow our own vegetables. We ferment, pickle and preserve, and use reusable vacuum bags, amongst other things.
