In 2018, he began his professional career as a kitchen assistant at the first restaurant owned by A. Matyukh. Progressing from one department to another, learning all the processes, he became the sous chef at "The Pech." Renat actively participated in preparing gastronomic dinners and quickly developed into a full-fledged chef. In his kitchen, he experiments with various cooking techniques, both using open flame and actively studying fermentation processes, creating new flavors and aromas. He intentionally burns fruits and vegetables, aging them, which opens up new ways to prepare them. At the "Ochered" gastropub, Renat designed the menu in such a way that there is zero waste; no ingredients are discarded.

For Renat Tsaritsansky, cooking is not only a beloved profession but also his main hobby. He also plays the electric guitar and piano, and composes his own music. He was previously a member of a rock band. He studies medieval history and literature.
