In 2005, he graduated from the Moscow College of Management, Hotel Business, and Information Technologies "Tsaritsyno" with a degree in "Executive Pastry Chef." Previous work experience: "Savoy" Hotel, Moscow (cook); "National" Hotel, Moscow (cook); "Golden Island" Restaurant, Moscow (head chef); "Barry White" Restaurant, Moscow (head chef). He completed an internship with Portuguese chef Ricardo Lopes. In 2019, he interned at the restaurant of Madrid-based chef Juan Antonio Medina at the Michelin-starred restaurant A'Barra. In 2018, he interned with Spanish chef José Carlos Fuentes at the Michelin-starred restaurant CLUB ALLARD.
He was born in Moscow. Pavel enjoys both extreme hobbies like motocross and more relaxed activities like fishing. He is married and has a son. In his free time, he enjoys walking through the historical districts of Moscow and visiting new restaurant projects. His life motto is "culinary travel around the world."
