About
Pavel began his professional career at the age of 17. In 2019, he became the Head Chef of a Japanese restaurant. In 2022, he began collaborating with the company Reka&More to launch an oyster bar, and he continues to develop other projects for the company. The oyster bar was a nominee in the "Top 100 New Concepts in Russia" Palme d'OR competition. In 2022, he won the competition for chefs at the All-Russian Scallop Festival "Na Grebne" and completed an internship at the Zuma restaurant in Vladivostok under the guidance of Chef Yegor Anisimov. He also participated in the 2nd Oyster Shucking Championship for professional chefs as part of the Nautilus Oysterfest.
Pavel enjoys providing delicious food for guests and surprising them with unusual flavor combinations.
