About
Since 2007, I began my culinary career at Yakitoria. From 2008 to 2011, I worked in my hometown at the "Gusli" restaurant, specializing in Russian cuisine. In 2014, I worked with Alexei Suvorov at the Good Bar restaurant as a grill chef. For a while, I changed professions, but after a few years, I realized that my true calling is to create and surprise people with new flavors and unusual combinations of ingredients. In 2022, I became the head chef at the Studio Brunch cafe in my hometown, where I can bring my culinary visions to life.
