I have been working at the "Kaifyn" restaurant for over two years. One of my key achievements is that I have learned to understand and manage technological processes, ensuring accurate accounting, minimizing waste, and streamlining the operations of the kitchen and all departments. My experience working with the Berezutsky brothers has played a significant role in my development. Every day, I strive to learn something new, experiment, attend master classes, and participate in competitions. For example, I participated in a competition organized by the company "Rasional" at a culinary event in 2019. For a chef in a restaurant, it's important to focus not only on service but also on the kitchen. I believe the kitchen is the heart of the establishment. It's crucial that the cooks I work with every day perform their jobs well, are satisfied with their work, and come to work in a good mood, as this will directly impact the final result that our guests receive. When creating menus, I try to combine classic recipes with new techniques, seasonality, and even blend European dishes with Asian sauces. I constantly experiment and create new dishes, and I maintain close communication with our guests, visitors, and front-of-house staff.

I was born in the Tula region. At 18, I wanted to study at the Engineering Institute, but I didn't score high enough on the entrance exams. I had to quickly enroll in a college for service industries in Moscow. My first experience working in a professional kitchen was thanks to a Filipino chef named Richie, who introduced me to the culinary world. He taught me the basics of working in a kitchen, how to move efficiently, how to work properly, and what my superiors expected of me, as well as what the guests wanted. My main hobby is spending time with my son – we go cycling and to football games. In my free time, outside of "Kaifyn," I sometimes take on various projects, such as opening new establishments from scratch, like coffee shops with kitchens or small restaurants.
