Born and raised in the Donbas region. He launched projects in various fields in Donetsk, during which he studied the cuisines of different countries and was the first to open an Indian restaurant in the region. After moving to Crimea, he successfully launched several projects. He has experience working as a personal chef and organizing catering events in natural settings. He opened a European cuisine cafe on the island of Sri Lanka. He is an expert in the restaurant industry, specializing in: kitchen design, opening establishments from scratch, menu development, staff training, and regional projects. He completed advanced training at the Novikov school in the "Chef's School" program. He is involved in promoting local products from Crimea, exploring the region's authentic cuisine, and reinterpreting regional flavors by using modern cooking techniques. He creates food pairings for wines from the Crimean peninsula. He prefers fine dining and unconventional combinations at events and dinners.
