About
While all my childhood friends were preparing to become astronauts, I firmly decided to pursue a career in culinary arts. My father, who always cooked beautifully and deliciously, inspired me. After graduating as a chef-technologist, I started working in the restaurant industry. Starting from the very bottom, I honed my skills and learned the secrets of cuisines from all over the world: Russia, Italy, Japan, France, Spain... Now, I am proud of my own unique cuisine and the tasting menus we create with my colleagues, where we delight guests with exclusive dishes designed specifically for them. And if I am asked whether I prefer the cockpit of a spacecraft or a bustling kitchen, I will always choose the kitchen. Because being a chef is my way of life!
Chef instructor at the Moscow State University of Technology and Management. Participant and winner of various culinary competitions, including the All-Russian "Chef a la Russe" competition. Participant in all chef gatherings organized by the Academy of Restaurant Business. Member of the following associations: National Guild of Chefs, Association of Culinary Professionals of Russia, Russian Association of Chefs, Chef's Team Russia.
