About
Our aim is to provide seasonal food using ingredients sourced mostly from our region of southern Finland. We focus on wild produce and work with local hunters and fishermen, but also farmers and other producers who share our values. We try to make use of every part and avoid food waste at all cost, using whole fish for example, or leftover cuts from our suppliers, like fish heads.
