Education: Technologist, Ekaterinburg Economic and Technological College. 2000: Professional development - SINKH (a culinary training program), course for production managers. 2010: Professional development - from cook of the 6th grade to candidate for master chef, Ekaterinburg Economic and Technological College. 2011: Awarded the title of "Master Chef." Ekaterinburg. 2010-2012: Head Chef at the "Dacha" restaurant in Ekaterinburg, under the guidance of R.N. Vorobyova. 2012-2013: Sous Chef at the "Maximilians" restaurant in Ekaterinburg. 2014: Launched the "Perepelochka" pub from scratch, affiliated with a farm in Radishcheva Street, Ekaterinburg. It is still operating successfully. 2015-2016: Head Pastry Chef at the "Monk" restaurant in the Double Tree by Hilton hotel, Ekaterinburg. Project: Launched the "Birch" pub from scratch, located on Lenin Street, Ekaterinburg. 2017 (September) - May 2023: Head Chef under the guidance of E.V. Levandovskaya at the "Spices" cafe, 53 Malysheva Street, Ekaterinburg. Currently: Head Chef at "Moscow Hill" by USTA Hotels. She has gained experience from renowned chefs such as Andrea Ceglas, Mirko Zago, Giuseppe Davi, Alexander Kislitsyn, Andrey Zhdanov, Rashid Rakhmanov, Natalia Trapeznikova, and Lyudmila Bukina. She has also gained knowledge and experience from renowned pastry chefs Hans Ovando and Emmanuel Amon. She is a silver medalist in the barbecue festival in Ekaterinburg in 2021. Mentor and brand chef at "Pomidorka."
