About
Born in Yekaterinburg. I explored various professional fields, from medicine to management. However, I didn't enter the culinary world until I was 37 years old. My first job was at the restaurant "Kryushon," where, under the guidance of Ilya Kunin and Sergey Patrushev, I underwent intensive and inspiring training, honing my skills to perfection. Armed with extensive management experience and a wealth of knowledge, I decided to take on a new challenge and accepted a leadership role in the gluten-free kitchen project "Nu gde ty, Varvara," where I am now fulfilling my culinary dreams.
