She graduated from the journalism faculty of Moscow State University and spent eight years writing and editing articles about food, first for The Village and then for Afisha Daily. In 2015, she started baking bread, progressing from it being a hobby to working in restaurant kitchens, opening her own bakery called "Olin Khleb," and teaching others how to bake. In 2022, she set up the bakery operations for Denis Bobkov's restaurants, and in 2024, she joined the team and launched bread production at the Masa Madre bakery.
