About

He has been working in the culinary profession since 2009. He started his career in Maykop as a kitchen assistant, and then served in the army, where he held the position of senior cook, providing meals for over 400 people. After his military service, he moved to Krasnodar, where he worked under the guidance of Chef Alexander Nikolaevich Sheremet, and was mentored by Maxim Kopylov, Ilya Lazerson, and Nuritin Karadash. He worked in the restaurants "Duhan'," "Fratelli," and "Catering Bureau." He established his own catering business, serving events for up to 600 guests, including private receptions and weddings for prominent individuals. He created the first gastronomic theater in the region – a dinner based on an original, staged play, where gastronomy is combined with theatrical performance. Since 2016, he has been the head of the Rimar Hotel 5* restaurant complex (Krasnodar), overseeing the kitchen, menu development, team training, and the launch of new areas (a cheese factory, a sausage production facility, and a culinary school). He is the founder of the "Chef of Good Deeds" community, which brings together chefs, volunteers, and partners to organize dinners, master classes, and other events to support children and soldiers.

He was born in the small town of Apsheronsk and spent his childhood in the south of Russia. Later, his family moved to the Urals, and then to Maykop, where he enrolled in a culinary school and chose the profession of a chef – a path that has become his life's work. After his military service, he returned to Krasnodar, began his professional career in restaurants in the city, and it was there that he met his future wife. Today, they have four children – three daughters and a son – and he tries to spend as much free time with them as possible. Each of his children has their own interests, so he has four hobbies: gymnastics, singing, dance, and football. He enjoys sharing his experience by conducting master classes in schools and participating in social and charitable projects, helping to organize events and dinners. He believes that food has the power to unite people and inspire – especially when it is prepared with love.
