We cook vegan food that is driven by the seasons, mainly using produce from Brandenburg, and we use everything "from leaf to root"! We donate food to food banks, use energy-efficient appliances, educate our staff and ensure fair pay for our employees. We reduce waste by fermenting, and have our leftovers composted on farms.
