Nikita Semenov is a chef with extensive experience and a passion for innovative cuisine with Asian influences. He was born in Veliky Novgorod, where his professional journey began. His first experience in the kitchen came at a small cafe in Veliky Novgorod, where he prepared sushi and pizza. This experience inspired him to continue working in the restaurant industry. Later, he moved to St. Petersburg, where he began working in chain restaurants and gradually honed his skills, with a particular focus on French and innovative cuisine. In St. Petersburg, Nikita participated in the launch of several successful projects. He held positions as head chef and brand chef, including working at establishments such as "Yunga Seafood & Bar," Italica, and "TAP22." Among his accomplishments are the development of original menus, optimization of kitchen processes, and the recruitment and training of staff. In Moscow, Nikita continued to consult for restaurants, helping to launch innovative establishments, including the bar Syndicate and the vodka bar "Zvonok." Thanks to his experience and unique approach to cooking, he has become known as a master who combines traditional recipes with modern techniques and unexpected flavors. In addition to his work, Nikita enjoys hiking and traveling, and he particularly loves Karelia and the nature of northwestern Russia. These trips inspire him to new culinary experiments, allowing him to combine gastronomic discoveries from different parts of the world.
