About
Born in the industrial city of Berezniki, Perm Krai. In 2009, he graduated from Culinary College No. 42. At the age of 19, he became a head chef in banquet halls. At 24, he left the profession, but returned two years later. He started as a line cook and, within two years, rose to the position of brand chef for a restaurant group, which included a steakhouse called "Gogol-Mogol" and a food court in the "Kengo" shopping center in his hometown of Berezniki. In 2018, he moved to Yekaterinburg, where he participated in developing menus for national teams (Mexico, France, Japan, and Egypt) for the FIFA World Cup at the "Monk" restaurant in the Hilton hotel. After returning from the World Cup, he participated in the "Priкамская кухня" festival, where he took first place. Subsequently, he joined a new holding company with eight projects under his management. In 2020, he left his salaried position and traveled throughout Russia as a startup chef and crisis management consultant. Over the past four years, he has visited approximately 60% of the regions of Russia, from Crimea to Magadan. In 2022, he completed a course at the Standfood gastro-academy, "Chef's Table by WRF," taught by Vladislav Alekseev. In 2024, he participated in the all-Russian culinary championship "Chef a la Russ," where his team placed among the top ten. Currently, he has more than 20 successful projects across Russia.
