About
When refurbishing our restaurant, we used mainly second-hand building materials. We cook over an open fire using ingredients we can get our hands on: wild caught fish and game from local hunters, foraged plants from the surroundings (rivers, lakes, woods…) and other local produce to support local producers. Our restaurant is in our home, which means we also have a family life.
