About
Our aim is to rethink how we approach produce, people and the planet around us. We don’t just ask ourselves how a dish tastes. We ask how it got here. Who grew it? What did the land look like when it was harvested? Did the farmer make a living doing it? What kind of future does it create if we keep doing it this way? Most of our produce is grown within a 100km radius, we send our organic waste to make biofuel, and nothing with flavour or use leaves the kitchen.
