Nana Meskhia-Jgarkava is the head chef of the modern Georgian restaurant VAKH and a true devotee of Megrelian cuisine. Born into a Megrelian family, Nana has been familiar with the intricacies of Georgian gastronomy since childhood. Her professional experience spans over 20 years. Nana has taught cheesemaking and culinary arts in China, and has worked on projects for the Ginza Project restaurant group, including "Mamaliga," "Khochu Kharcho," and "Spices and Delights."
