About
He began his career in 2015 at an Asian restaurant. In 2016, he was invited to open a new sushi bar in his hometown, where he became a chef for the first time at a young age. In 2017, he was invited to a modern Turkish restaurant in Makhachkala, which was one of the most well-known establishments in the city at the time. They gave him a tour, and he readily accepted the position of chef, despite his youth, where he began to fully realize his potential. The manager of this restaurant was a protégé of the still relatively unknown Turkish restaurateur Nusret Gökçe, from whom he learned the nuances of modern Turkish cuisine. In 2019, Murad was invited to Moscow as a brand chef for a chain of halal cafes, and later, a joint decision led to the opening of the Not One restaurant in the center of Grozny. In December 2021, he and his team launched their long-awaited project, which became the most famous restaurant in the Chechen Republic. In 2022, he participated in the television show "Chefs on Wheels" on the First Federal Channel. In 2025, he was invited to the Dom Barona restaurant. Since then, he has been delighting guests of the capital with culinary delights at the best restaurant in the Republic of Dagestan.
He was born in the city of Yuzhno-Sukhumsk. At the age of 7, he moved with his family to Makhachkala and continued to live there. He graduated from school, enrolled in a programming program, but life took a different turn.
