He was born and raised in the city of Omsk in a large family, and at the age of 15, he realized that he enjoyed cooking. Initially, it was burnt candies made from sugar. Later, it became a love for food and ingredients, which led him to choose his profession. He studied at the River Vocational School No. 15 in Omsk, specializing in culinary arts, and received a professional education. After graduating from the school, he served in the army, but his desire to cook remained strong. Even in the army, he pursued his passion and cooked delicious food for his fellow soldiers, eventually becoming the head of the officers' mess. After the army, he returned to his hometown and started working as a cook in the "Gzhel" restaurant, specializing in Russian cuisine. He understood that he needed experience and practice. He worked, gained experience, and after several years, he tried his hand at being a chef. He made an effort to attend internships and exhibitions held in Moscow and St. Petersburg, constantly improving his knowledge and work experience. At the age of 25, he realized that he needed growth, the opportunity to learn more and gain more information. He decided to move to St. Petersburg, where he continued to gain experience and participate in various competitions. After a few years, he was offered to lead one of the Italian restaurant chains in St. Petersburg. Later, he had internships in Italy with Italian chefs, absorbing all the knowledge they shared with him. He was invited to participate in the cooking show "Hell's Kitchen." He filled out an application, and a couple of weeks later, he was invited to the preliminary casting. He made it onto the cooking show and reached the finals. After that, he moved to Moscow and started working on various projects, interacting and developing with renowned chefs. He began to be involved in opening and launching establishments throughout the country, from Khabarovsk to Vyborg. Each project captivated him with its uniqueness and new experiences. This included a restaurant specializing in merchant cuisine in Veliky Novgorod, where he had to understand and recreate the flavors of dishes from the 19th century, and a restaurant in the castle in Vyborg, which incorporated Scandinavian elements into the menu, reflecting the era of Peter the Great and his famous reforms. Each new project is a new and completely unique story, much like the "Two Seas, One Ocean" project. This is a unique opportunity to work on a project that features a wide variety of marine life from two seas and the Pacific Ocean, the largest ocean on Earth.
