About
Mikhail realized early in his childhood that he wanted to become a chef. His career began at the age of 16. He approached his studies with great responsibility, completing internships in Italy (Parma, Bari, and Taranto), where he learned culinary skills from local chefs while working in small, family-run restaurants.
Currently, Mikhail is the head chef at the PARK restaurant on Krasnaya Presnya.
He is also involved in developing regional cuisine and plans to open several new projects in Voronezh. He continuously improves his skills by actively participating in various culinary competitions and championships. He served as an expert for the World Skills Russia social project, participating in culinary competitions as part of the project. He placed in the top 20 at the World Championship in Germany (Leipzig) and took first place at the Russian WSR Championship (Samara).
