A true enthusiast of his craft. He possesses unwavering determination and a strong will. From a young age, he made the decision to become a chef. Since then, he has never doubted this path, and he has dedicated most of his life to the culinary arts he loves.
After high school, he received professional training and immediately joined Crowne Plaza as a cook. His career progressed rapidly: working in restaurants specializing in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, and training under renowned chefs, brought him initial recognition for his skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities, making him suitable for positions such as sous chef and head chef. For the next five years, Mikhail worked for the La Maree chain, spending three years as the head chef and production manager at the restaurant on Smolenskaya Street. From there, he was invited to join Luce, where he masterfully combined his 15 years of experience with his passion for culinary experimentation, utilizing modern equipment to create an inspiring summer menu and to reimagine the familiar Luce cuisine.
