About
Our fish is wild, line caught and not red listed, while our meat is organic or wild. Almost all other ingredients are organic and produced in Norway. We recycle our food waste into garum, vinegar powder, oil etc. or as compost. Our roof garden is planted with bee-friendly flowers and our workwear is made from organic cotton.
