Domenico Gigliotti For us, it all begins just outside the kitchen door. Vegetables, herbs, salads and edible flowers grow on our own organic field. Our Black Angus and Galloway cattle graze in the meadows across the way. Our roots are firmly planted in the Upper Palatinate, and that is precisely where we find the inspiration for our cuisine. From field to fork. Nose-to-tail – embraced completely, with respect for the animal, the produce and the people behind it.
