About
Our cooking is driven by the land and nature's rhythms. We aim to serve up a slice of the Berlin countryside to our guests on every plate. But as restaurateurs, we see it as our responsibility to evolve with our producers and colleagues. Some small examples: used beeswax candles are returned to the candle workshop, and our napkins are made from reclaimed fabrics.
