Jürgen Grether When selecting our ingredients, we place great emphasis on regional sourcing, seasonality and quality. We also live and breathe tradition and craftsmanship by producing our own cheese and ham, baking our own bread and distilling spirits in our in-house distillery. This gives rise to creative combinations that blend modern culinary artistry with a love for our region.
