Over the years, we have built up a network of partners. This includes fishers, breeders, farmers and suppliers, ideally from nearby Brandenburg or at least from within Germany. With the farmers, we draw up the cultivation plans, for example, but we also forage for wild herbs, pine cones etc ourselves in the wild.
