About
Maxim began his career in the culinary world at the age of 16, working under the guidance of a renowned chef. By the age of 24, he himself became a chef, and at just 26, he was appointed head chef. His main passion is meat, so Maxim gained experience from specialists in this field, working in leading steakhouses in Nizhny Novgorod. However, over time, and particularly after an internship with a chef from Austria, he shifted his focus from the product itself to the cooking techniques, mastering charcoal grills and smokers. Furthermore, Maxim places great importance on spices, bringing them back from his travels and building his own collection. In addition to his culinary pursuits, he is passionate about skiing and believes that a person cannot do anything well unless they have first eaten well.
My passions are skiing and cooking! When I travel, I always visit local markets in search of a secret ingredient or spices! My motto in life is: the most important ingredient is love.
