He graduated from the Rostov Cooperative Technical College with a degree in Culinary Arts. He then earned a degree in "Merchandising and Technology" and subsequently enrolled in the "Belgorod University of Cooperative Economics and Law" to study business administration. He began his career at "Pit' Koфе" as a senior chef, then moved to the restaurant "BELLA VITA," where he worked as a sous chef. He then joined "La Caffetteria," also as a sous chef, before moving to "Sapore Italiano" as the head chef. He continued his career at the Italian restaurant "Olivas" and the Pan-Asian restaurant "Sakura." In early 2021, he completed courses at the "SVCh Culinary Arts School" in St. Petersburg. Thanks to the high quality of the dishes and his creativity, the restaurant "Olivas" was included in the annual "Where To Eat" ranking for Southern Russia for the first time in its history in 2021.
He is married and has two children. He has been passionate about sports since his youth. He recently became a father for the second time, and one of his hobbies is rollerblading while taking walks with his children. He enjoys fishing and often goes out into nature with his family and friends. The chef is very strict in the kitchen, but also very sensitive at heart. He is kind, but also demanding. He is responsive and understanding. He prioritizes "quality" in everything he does, whether it's his work, the work of the team, the dishes, or the selection of tableware.
