About
Many so-called Asian foods are grown in our garden in Haan, eg chilli, ginger and kaffir lime. We source freshwater fish from local farms, seafood only from the nearby Dutch North Sea, rabbit and Wagyu from the Eifel region, pigs and chickens from the Sauerland, and game from a hunter friend.
