About
NIQA pâtisserie & café is a pair of cafes belonging to the BUTT GROUP. The concept features a pastry production facility with no pre-made ingredients, located in an open kitchen. The design and concept were developed by the Butt family. In addition to being the head pastry chef, Lisa manages the pastry shop together with her husband and partner, Ali Butt.
* Over 8 years of experience in the pastry industry. * Trained under renowned foreign pastry chefs, including Cedric Grolet, Nicolas Boussen, Yann Brehéret, and Claire Héitzler, among others. * Completed two internships in France, working under pastry chefs who hold the MOF (Master of French Cuisine) designation. * Developed dessert menus for several projects, including "Remarkable People" in Moscow on Ilyinka Street, and the PASTRY HOUSE UAE project in Dubai. * Conducted over 100 live workshops on baking and cake decorating, as well as creating various pastries, in locations including the UAE, Ukraine, and France, with a total of over 600 students. * Launched her own online project, Liselle online, in 2018.
