Mahorčič In my kitchen I make the most of produce from the property’s own kitchen garden and orchard, complemented by ingredients from producers across the Karst. I recover and reintroduce a proportion of vegetable scrap into my dishes, while the connection to the local area is reflected even in the details of the table, with artisan plates crafted using glazes derived from local materials. In recent years the orchard has also been expanded with new plantings.
