About
Kirill has been working in the culinary profession for over 15 years. He began his career as a chef at the "Tsarytsino" culinary college, and after graduating, he quickly established himself as an innovator and experimenter in the field of taste. Since 2010, Kirill has been a member of the Federation of Professional Chefs and Confectioners of Russia. He also has internships at renowned culinary schools around the world, where he studied Greek, Pan-Asian, Australian, Italian, American, and French cuisines. Throughout his career, Kirill has worked on projects such as Restaurants by Crocus Group and Rose Bar in Moscow, as well as in Baku (formerly Vogue Cafe, Mr. Lee, Luciano). He has also collaborated with renowned chefs, including Konstantin Ivlev and Yuri Rozhkov. Currently, Kirill Berger heads the kitchen at the Peach restaurant. The chef draws inspiration for his menu from restaurants around the world, particularly those favored by Emin Agalarov, such as Cipriani in New York and London, and Gaia Dubai in Dubai.
