2015: Graduated from the professional French pastry school of Alexei Kislicin, where she began creating her own unique chocolates, and studied with Andrey Kanakin. 2016: Launched her own small chocolate production, fulfilling corporate orders and offering home delivery. 2018-2019: Studied at the French culinary schools École Lenôtre and École Ritz Escoffier. 2019: Started offering master classes with unlimited sparkling wine. June 6, 2022: Launched the Par Michele Gastronomie project.
