Ivan was born in the Southern Ural region. In 2013, he decided to move closer to warmer weather, to the Black Sea coast. Throughout his career, he has worked at places such as the "Abrau-Durso" Wine Tourism Center, and at hotels belonging to the Marriott and Radisson chains. In 2014, he became a prize winner in a young chefs competition in St. Petersburg, organized by the French culinary guild Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. He has worked as part of the culinary teams for major international events, including the "Confederations Cup," the "FIFA World Cup," and the "Sochi 2014 Olympics."
