About

The culinary journey continued:

1. Charity: An initiative to cook and feed homeless people through the "Food Not Bombs" project. Every Sunday, it's a large pot of soup and a container of tea. For two years running, and still ongoing. 2. An Idea: The desire to become a kitchen assistant in exchange for culinary training. 3. The First Job: In August 2019, an official invitation to become a kitchen assistant at the vegetarian cafe "Chisty Vkus" in Petrozavodsk. 4. Growth and Development: From August 2019 to January 2020, progressed to become a senior cook on the shift at "Chisty Vkus." There, gained valuable skills and speed; worked solo shifts all day during peak hours; created delicate dishes while listening to heavy rock music; and delighted customers. 5. Further Development and Creativity: From February 2020 to the present, engaged in endless creativity as a sous chef, and later as the head chef, at the "V Karelii Yest" museum and restaurant. This involved: * Professional growth and continuous learning. * Molecular gastronomy and creating original dishes that were added to the menu. * Serving high-profile guests. * Gradually becoming an expert in various types of steaks.

What happens if you give a young naval cadet matches, pasta, and ask him to feed his classmates on a camping trip? The answer is: he might (or might it be intentional?) discover a culinary talent. Although, of course, he will continue to dream of the sea. Throughout the summer of 2015, he will work in field kitchens in the forests under the guidance of a tourism company. From January to August 2016, he will be an assistant cook on the ship "Yunga Severa," feeding a crew of 30 people. And in the 11th grade... he will fail physics, a subject he actually knows better than many. He will become discouraged and enroll in a railway college. This was a turning point. On one hand, a grand vision for life was shattered by an unexpected event. On the other hand, loved ones supported his long-held passion and gave him his first chef's knife...
