After graduating from university, she took a year off and traveled to Le Cordon Bleu London to study the physical and chemical aspects of cooking. What was intended as a short break turned into eight years of intensive work in restaurants and hotels around the world. Her involvement with Dodo Brands, specifically with "Doner 42," marked an interesting turn in her fine dining experience. Irina believes that doner kebab can be not only affordable but also delicious and high-quality. Irina is a very passionate person. In her teenage years, she unexpectedly read "The Hobbit" by J.R.R. Tolkien in English and realized the beauty of understanding the original text. Since then, she has dedicated a significant portion of her free time to learning English, German, and Spanish.
