Born in Volgograd, she has always envisioned herself as a chef. After obtaining her basic professional education, she has consistently sought new knowledge and aimed to understand the culinary arts from every angle. For nearly 30 years, Irina has been in the kitchen, constantly surprising the residents and visitors of Volgograd with her unique dishes.

In her free time, she loves to read books. Irina is a mother of two wonderful children and a beloved wife. The entire family enjoys active leisure activities and sports. Of course, work occupies a significant portion of her life, but creating new dishes, delighting the guests of the Marusya cafe, and working in a wonderful team help the head chef to always maintain a positive attitude.
