About

Ilya is a fighter, both in the literal and figurative sense. He professionally practiced Greco-Roman wrestling, achieving the level of master of sports of international class. At the same time, he honed his culinary skills. He began his career in Moscow as a cook at Vogue Café Moscow. Later, he worked at the "Around the World" gourmet market (White Rabbit Family), where he worked with all the diverse culinary styles. Next, he gained even more significant and impressive experience as the executive chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow. After that, he worked on the trendy Moscow project, Grand Café "12." Currently, Ilya is responsible for the kitchen at the art restaurant Kislovsky Taste&Place, where he implements a menu concept based on the elements.
