Responsible for setting goals in developing culinary concepts, introducing new dishes, recipes, and technological specifications; recruiting staff; controlling food costs and adapting to seasonality and logistics; conducting negotiations, participating in tenders and selection committees; and opening new facilities. Prepared inventory reports; analyzed product liquidity and developed profitable product offerings.
