Chef Ignacio Layoila's passion for gastronomy began in his youth, when at the age of 13, he founded a small production company under the brand "LIMONCELLO LAIOLA." However, his true passion for this art form blossomed when he first visited a real restaurant kitchen.

Even in his youth, he began working in local restaurants, but the real challenge for the young chef was the disapproval of his parents regarding his career choice. His father dreamed of seeing Ignacio become a lawyer, like his sister, but even that didn't deter him.

Following his heart, at the age of 20, Ignacio moved to Scotland to pursue his dream. A year later, he returned to Italy and worked in a five-star hotel in his city. This marked the beginning of his culinary journey through Italy, which gave him a wealth of experience as a chef who truly loves his craft.

At the age of 26, Ignacio moved to Munich in search of new experiences. Upon returning to Italy, he worked in restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide, but the dream of Russia continued to beckon him. Now, Ignacio welcomes all guests in the Far East of Russia, in one of the most gastronomically vibrant cities – Vladivostok. His new culinary venture is at the "Buran" restaurant, where he works closely with Mirko Zago (AIST, Onest).
