About
Huseyn, a native of Dagestan, absorbed the Caucasian tradition of hospitality and a love for culinary arts from a young age. During his university years, after moving to Moscow, he began his career at one of the restaurants in the "New York Pizza & Grill" chain. Here, he learned the art of pizza making from the owner himself, mastering the nuances of working with dough and ingredients. However, Huseyn didn't stop there; through experimentation and incorporating his own ideas, he developed a unique recipe for a signature dough, which became his trademark. After six years with the chain, Huseyn participated in several culinary projects before joining the team at the "Green Lake" restaurant in August 2021. His arrival brought a true revitalization to the restaurant's pizza menu, which he completely transformed by introducing his own signature recipes. Huseyn feels genuine gratitude and respect for his mentor, the master of meat, Elsevar Osmanov, who inspired him to continue his professional development. In addition to pizza, Huseyn enjoys cooking risotto, pasta, and wok dishes. He constantly strives to improve his skills and dreams of traveling to Italy to study the art of pizza making in the homeland of this legendary cuisine.
