He began his career in restaurants owned by Novikov, Rappoport, and the Vasilchuk brothers, and has been one of the talented chefs at the Gourmet Alliance holding for over 5 years. Georgiy specializes in Italian and Pan-Asian cuisine. In 2020, he took over the kitchen at the renowned karaoke club ZHUKOVKA 72, and in 2022, he and Japanese chef Gennady Kim opened the NORIKO restaurant from scratch. Georgiy Denisenko believes that there are no small details in the kitchen. Every detail is important – the organization, the process, the team, and the atmosphere.
