For over 25 years, he has worked in the food industry as a professional chef and brand chef. He progressed from a kitchen assistant at the "Pushkin" cafe in 1997 to a brand chef at major international corporations such as Unilever, GK "Efko," and Integrita. He participated in the development of the first plant-based meat alternatives in Russia. He has completed internships in Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Turkey, China, Malaysia, and New Zealand. He specializes in Russian, Chinese, Spanish, and Italian cuisine. He is a prize-winner of culinary competitions and championships in Russia and the world. He is a gold and silver medalist of the Moscow Youth Culinary Arts and Service Competition. He is a laureate of the Russian Culinary and Service Championship. He was the captain of the Russian youth national culinary team, which won bronze at the IKA/Culinary Olympics 2004 in Erfurt, Germany. In 2022 and 2023, he served as a judge at the pizza chef championship, which was part of the All-Russian Culinary Arts and Service Olympiad "Legend."

He was born in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow State University of Service with a degree in "Food Technology Engineer." His hobbies include fishing and sports.
