We source produce directly from producers in the Chiemgau region and nearby Austria. Our orchard, which was expanded last year, supplies apples, quinces, berries, plums and walnuts. We use green electricity from hydropower, have a solar power system, heat with biomass, and offer two electric vehicle charging points.
