About
Our menu is shaped by ingredients from the ocean, the coastline and the surrounding landscape here in Halland county. We have a group of 4 people that once a month review the team's well-being, food waste, use of organic and local produce including the staff meal. We also work with a psychology coach, and to encourage the team to exercise, we have created "ÄNG Runners" where we do different challenges. The organic Scandinavian wines in our cellar are produced only 100 metres from the restaurant.
