The fascinating story begins with a tremendous amount of hard work and incredible resilience! While there weren't many reckless actions in his life, it was mostly about having the right mindset and making the right decisions. After leaving the journalism faculty, Evgeny immersed himself in the world of Asian cuisine. Years of study led him to numerous interesting projects, one of which was "Zauki Mu," a burger restaurant that was at the peak of its popularity. However, the story with Asia didn't end there; it continued with whirlwind five-year journeys, delving into various activities and acquiring new skills. The next project, "Jo Wo Ramen Bar," took Ekaterinburg by storm and made it into the top 100 best bars. Thanks to his dedication and the strength of his accumulated experience, Evgeny continued to move forward in his chosen path. As a result, in February 2021, a new project called "Kitai Kitai" emerged, offering an incredible variety of flavors and aromas. Chinese cuisine is a symphony of tastes, further enhanced by the creative approach of professionals who, like Evgeny, are dedicated to their craft.
According to the chef, travel brings many colors and knowledge to life. And the warm touch of a loved one or the comforting presence of a corgi can melt even the most frozen heart. A love for one's own life and the direction it's heading defines a person's unique personality. It's important to accept oneself, but also to leave room for new skills. After all, we are always on a path of development and motivation, and with each passing year, that motivation grows stronger. That is the essence of Evgeny and his craft!
