Elena Lebedeva is the head of the Wine & Spirits division, a business partner of Vladimir Perelman, and a member of the Russian Association of Sommeliers. She was awarded the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne for her love and dedication to the Champagne region. In 2020, she was named "Sommelier of the Year" by the III Forum of Leaders in the Food Industry, "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business."

Elena became interested in wine in 2011, leaving a career in the fields of international real estate sales and advertising (one of the notable projects she was involved in was the opening of Sotheby's representative office in Russia). She worked for two consecutive harvests at a winery in Piedmont.

Elena Lebedeva joined Vladimir Perelman's restaurant group in 2013. In 2014, she developed the wine list for the I Like Wine project, which became Moscow's first European wine gastropub. Currently, she oversees projects including I Like Wine, I Like Wine 2.0, Beer&Brut, I Like Grill, Ryba Moya, and Sage, focusing on launching new product lines, managing the wine lists, and training the restaurant sommeliers.

In 2021, the restaurants "Ryba Moya," I Like Wine, and I Like Wine 2.0 received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, and in 2023, Sage received the same award.
