He graduated from the "Service" vocational college with a degree in culinary arts, and also studied at the Institute of Management and Tourism. He began his creative and professional journey at the restaurant 7:40 at the age of 17. Later, Eldar worked as a chef at the Corinthia Nevsky Palace. At the age of 22, he became a head chef and worked in that position for three more projects, before moving to the Ginza holding, where he was involved in the creation of the Italian restaurant Capuletti on Bolshoy Prospekt. He later worked as a sous chef at the "Mansarda" restaurant, where he met Chef Dmitry Bogachev, who became his mentor. He participated in and won the semi-finals of the S. Pellegrino Young Chef competition (2015), becoming the best young chef from all of Russia, and went on to the finals in Italy. After working together at "Mansarda" for some time, Dmitry and Eldar decided to combine their culinary talents in their own restaurant, and in the summer of 2018, they opened the doors to the author's restaurant Mr Bo. In the summer of 2020, despite the pandemic and the restrictions associated with it, they launched a new project – Mama Fugu. Currently, Eldar is actively involved in culinary events and teaches at the SVCh school.
